He's blindfolded, handcuffed and being walked to a plane in Turkey. Prosecutors say Ibrahim Hilmi's companies billed insurers $3.76 billion for catheters and medical supplies nobody ordered and nobody received, using the stolen identities of seniors and doctors. The indictment says he fled the United States shortly after bad online reviews started exposing the company. The amount that reached those bank accounts is the strangest number in the case.
