Orlando CEO TOOK $400 Million From 1,500 Investors As The Feds SEIZED His Lamborghinis And Mansions
Christopher Delgado was 34, ran an Orlando company called Goliath Ventures, and promised investors 3 to 8 percent returns every month from cryptocurrency "liquidity pools." According to prosecutors, about $1 million of the first $328 million ever reached those pools. The rest paid earlier investors, corporate events, and a lifestyle that included an $8.5 million Isleworth mansion, Lamborghinis and Rolls-Royces.
In July 2026, Delgado pleaded guilty to wire fraud conspiracy, wire fraud and money laundering, admitting to at least $250 million in losses. Up to 1,500 investors may have lost money, and so far only a fraction has been recovered. He is scheduled to be sentenced on October 8, 2026.
No one else has been charged in connection with Goliath Ventures. Organizations that received donations are not accused of wrongdoing.
