Florida AG EXPOSED As $10M TAXPAYER Money VANISH Into His Own PAC

A Florida grand jury spent months looking at what happened to $10 million of taxpayer money. It wrote down what it found, filed the report under seal in January, and for seven months nobody outside a closed courtroom was allowed to read it.

This is what the report says.

In 2024 Florida settled with Centene, a Medicaid contractor, over overbilling. The state recovered tens of millions. Ten million dollars of it did not go back to the Medicaid program. It went to the Hope Florida Foundation, the charity arm of a program run out of the Governor's office. Within weeks the money had moved through two nonprofits and into political committees chaired by the Governor's chief of staff.

That chief of staff is James Uthmeier. He is now the Attorney General of Florida, and his name is on the ballot on November 3.

The grand jury used the word "misappropriated." It also found insufficient evidence to charge anyone criminally, and no charges have been filed against anyone named here. Every person in this story is entitled to that presumption, and we quote their own answers in full — including the Governor calling the investigation a hoax and the Attorney General calling it a politically motivated witch hunt.
