Florida Store BILLED Medicare $3.34 Billion As Feds EXPOSE It Never Sold A Thing
A storefront on East Linton Boulevard in Delray Beach billed Medicare and other insurers $3.34 billion in ten months. According to a federal indictment, it never bought a single piece of medical equipment. The patients on the claims never asked for anything. Their identities were stolen, and so were the doctors'.
The man charged, Ibrahim Khaldoon Hilmi, left the country after the one-star reviews started piling up. In June 2026, Turkish authorities handed him to the FBI. We walk through the indictment: the ownership chain, the nine bank accounts, the wires to Hong Kong, and the one contract that kept paying after Medicare froze the money.
