New York Day Care EXPOSED As FBI RAIDS 100+ Centers In $2.4B Medicaid Fraud Probe
FBI agents and New York investigators raided adult day care centers in Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island and Manhattan. These centers bill Medicaid for every senior who walks in, and the state paid about $2.4 billion for this care in less than six years. On Staten Island, prosecutors say one center billed Medicaid for seniors who had already died.

Anyone charged but not convicted is presumed innocent until proven guilty in court. Investigators have said there is no indication the seniors at these centers knew about any fraud.
